Belkins is looking for a driven and results-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People team. You’ll play a key role in identifying and attracting exceptional candidates for our Marketing, Sales, Administrative, and Product teams. This role requires a proactive approach, where you’ll manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously while ensuring a positive experience for each candidate.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will:

  • Handle full-cycle recruitment for various non-tech roles (incl. marketing, sales, administrative and product roles) building a pipeline of cold and warm candidates;
  • Collaborate with hiring managers (From Head of the Departments to Senior Level Managers) to identify staffing needs, job specifications, job duties, qualifications, and skills;
  • Take part in implementing effective recruiting strategies to attract, evaluate, and hire qualified candidates;
  • Conduct initial resume screenings, first recruiter interviews and ensure a smooth and efficient full-cycle recruitment process;
  • Maintain ongoing communication with candidates throughout the hiring process, providing timely updates and feedback;
  • Collaborate with wider People Team functions and engage in hiring initiatives and projects e.g. internal mobility;
  • Effectively manage constant change across the recruitment process through communication, advocacy, and collaboration.

You will definitely be successful in this role if you have:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a full cycle talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a product/service companies;
  • Experience working with non-technical positions, such as Marketing, Sales, Administrative, Finance, Legal etc. roles;
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate selection methods;
  • Expertise with technologies (Gsuite, Notion, AI tools, and ATS systems (we’re using one of the best systems on the market — Lever);
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with candidates and hiring managers;
  • Experience working in an ever-changing environment and being able to adapt and flex to new business needs and goals;
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, working with the data-driven recruitment;
  • At least Upper-Intermediate+ English (both written and spoken) and Fluent Ukrainian.
  • Experience with hiring in foreign markets will be an advantage.
