Folderly🦊 is our web application that helps to resolve various email deliverability issues our clients might face along the way. Our product team contributes to accelerating sales and skyrocketing clients’ revenue by delivering top-notch email deliverability services.

Currently, we are looking for a highly motivated Email Deliverability Specialist to improve top-notch email deliverability services at our product Folderly. You will resolve various email deliverability issues our business might face along the way. This is a great opportunity for any individual looking to take their career to the next level.

As an Email Deliverability Specialist, you will:

  • Manage and resolve various email deliverability issues;
  • Check DNS records and content for clients;
  • Provide adjustments for better deliverability if needed;
  • Communicate with CSMs to address clients’ problems/issues/questions;
  • Analyze deliverability cases to provide our clients with the best solutions;
  • Monitor some clients’ mailboxes, to make sure that they are “healthy”;
  • Create reports for key customers;
  • Help the development team with the support of some Folderly mechanisms.

You will definitely be successful in this role if you:

  • Have experience working on an email provider support position or a similar role (will be a plus);
  • Have experience resolving and understanding various email deliverability issues;
  • Have experience working with various anti-spam technologies;
  • Have good written and spoken English (at least strong Intermediate);
  • Are a stress-resistant and avid multitasker;
  • Are a self-driven and responsible problem solver;
  • Have a knack for building rapport and collaborating with diverse people in the team;
  • Share a continuous improvement and growth mindset;
  • Thrive in transparent, impartial, and fast-paced environments.
