Currently, we are looking for a QBO Accountant to join our team!
As a QBO Accountant, you will be:
- Organize company accounts in accordance with business purposes and US accounting rules in QBO;
- Proper and timely accounting records in books of the company in QBO (day to day);
- Make records for budgeting in QBO;
- Control document flow of the company;
- Monthly reconciliation and closing the period in QBO on time;
- Issue and sending the invoices to customers and communication with sale and accountant managers (AMs) for these purposes;
- Participation in automatization and optimization of the working process;
- Provide support to the company’s management and other departments on financial matters.
You will definitely be successful in this role if you have:
- University finance education;
- FRS or GAAP accounting;
- QBO advanced user;
- At least three years experience as an accountant or bookkeeper;
- Advanced english (bookkeeping documentation, customer/vendor written correspondence);
- Honesty, attention to details, preciseness.
