We are looking for an optimistic, friendly, and ambitious Recruitment Assistant to support us with our recruiting administration processes. You will be responsible not just for assisting to Recruitment department, but for making sure Belkins is successful with its recruitment strategy! We offer vast opportunities for your self-development: we would be glad to promote you to a Recruitment Coordinator upon your excellent results.

As a Recruitment Assistant, you will:

  • Updated candidate records and job postings in recruitment system;
  • Preparing recruitment reports using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
  • Update recruitment policies in our systems;
  • Coordinate internal references and our Internal Reference Program;
  • Assist recruiters during the full cycle of the recruitment process;
  • Greet and assist interviewees onsite;
  • Post vacancies on various job boards;
  • Actively communicate with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
