As an HR Manager, you will:
∙ Cover all the stages of the Talent Management Cycle: adaptation, appraisal, internal promotion, and mobility, offboarding
∙ Conduct the first sync up meetings with the employees and people partner meetings;
∙ Drive and execute HR projects and initiatives (new onboarding project);
∙ Implement and track key HR metrics
∙ Develop and customize HR procedures and policies, and ensure they are followed by employees
∙ Provide timely & efficient solutions to any issues from managers and team members
∙ Drive and influence the culture and people aspects in Belkins Group

You will definitely be successful in this role if you:
∙ Have 2+ years of experience within similar responsibilities;
∙ Have an Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher;
∙ Experience of conducting one-to-one meetings, solving work problems of employees;
∙ Have a knack for building long-term relationships with employees and teams in general;
∙ Are a self-driven and responsible problem solver;
∙ Have a knack for building rapport and collaborating with diverse people across the teams;
∙ Share a continuous improvement and growth mindset;
