I worked at Beleven for 5 years. I started as a student and grown up to a professional.

I’d say Beleven is people-oriented company. It was not a problem to adjust working hours to fit university time or work from home. Speaking of internal processes or business ideas, my opinion was never ignored and usually debated / explained if wrong.

The C-level group are two technically strong guys, good leaders and just very friendly people.

Beleven is mostly outsourcing company, but also has few own projects. Teams at beleven are small, 2-4 people, which makes everyone feel responsibility for a project and hard to cheat. It’s not a place to sit and farm money.
I recommend beleven if you are just staring your career (you will learn really fast there) or if you are skilled engineer and you know what you are going for in your carreer.
