Full-stack Developer (Python+React)

We are looking for a Full-stack Developer (Python+React) to join the team and help build the next generation of digital coworkers.

Our client is an innovative early-stage product company working at the forefront of next-generation technology. They are building the next generation of digital coworkers — AI-powered systems designed to collaborate with humans and help companies scale tasks that were previously unscalable. Their vision is a future where hybrid human + AI teams become the new standard of work.

You will join a focused, high-velocity six-person engineering team that is passionate about building meaningful products, iterating fast, and staying deeply customer-driven. The culture is low-ego, impact-oriented, and focused on real business value rather than experiments for the sake of experimentation.

As a Full-Stack Software Engineer, you will work across the entire product using a modern stack including TypeScript, React, Remix on the frontend and FastAPI (Python), Redis, and Google Cloud on the backend. You will contribute directly to shaping a platform that aims to become the first true digital coworker — a system teams treat as a real part of their workforce.

This is a hands-on role where your ideas matter, your impact is immediate, and your work directly influences how the product, team, and technology evolve.

What you’ll do in this role

• Own and deliver product features end-to-end, taking responsibility for execution and timelines.
• Ship high-quality product updates quickly and efficiently.
• Think product-first and proactively propose ideas and solutions with the highest business impact.
• Identify, fix, and prevent bugs to maintain product stability (including small issues as they appear).
• Review pull requests promptly and ensure high code quality standards.
• Work with analytics, dashboards, and customer feedback to guide product improvements.
• Contribute to team growth through recruitment, mentoring, and strengthening engineering culture.
• Share knowledge with the team and remain open to continuous learning and improvement.

We’re looking for

Basic Qualifications

• B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent 3+ years of front-end & back-end experience.
• Proven experience building, maintaining, and scaling large-scale web applications and SaaS products.
• Solid understanding of modern backend and frontend frameworks, tools, and libraries.
• Product-minded, proactive, and comfortable working in a high-velocity, fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on high-quality delivery.
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher with confident communication skills.
• Portfolio or code samples demonstrating your technical skills and impact.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure) and containers (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with AI/ML integration into production environments.
• Experience within digital marketing or content creation ecosystems.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, take ownership, and drive solutions end-to-end.
