We are looking for a Junior Agentic Engineer eager to learn how to build and scale intelligent AI agents. You’ll work with modern frameworks, create multi-agent workflows, and grow under the mentorship of senior developers.

As a Junior Agent Engineer, you will gain hands-on experience with groundbreaking technologies in multi-agent systems, advanced LLM integrations, and scalable AI architectures.

What you’ll do in your role:

• Implement agent-based solutions under mentorship, gradually taking on more responsibility;
• Develop an AI application in Python with a focus on code quality and best practices;
• Work with LLM integrations, quickly develop and configure basic models;
• Create PoCs and experimental solutions to test new ideas and concepts;
• Work closely with experienced developers and learn from their experiences;
• Contribute to testing, documentation, and code quality assurance;
• Stay up to date with the latest developments in AI and participate in knowledge sharing sessions.

What we’re looking for:

• Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning or a related technical field — or significant self-directed learning experience;
• Up to 2 years of programming experience, preferably with familiarity with AI/Machine Learning concepts;
• Strong foundation in Python programming and object-oriented development;
• Knowledge of the fundamentals of AI/Machine Learning. Basic understanding of machine learning concepts and interest in pursuing a Master of Laws (LLM);
• Curiosity about frameworks like LangChain, CrewAI, or similar;
• Interest in vector databases and RAG systems;
• Enthusiasm for AI-driven developer tools such as Lovable for rapid prototyping;
• Participation in AI projects, hackathons, or open-source contributions;
• Strong motivation to explore new technologies and thrive in a fast-paced environment;
• Analytical mindset with the ability to dissect complex problems;
• Good level of English (both spoken and written);

How to knock our socks off:

• Portfolio or GitHub with relevant projects;
• Experience with TypeScript or JavaScript;
• Background in automation or workflow design;
• Interest in AI ethics and responsible AI development.
