This role is ideal for someone who thrives on solving complex problems and enjoys working in a collaborative yet independent environment. You’ll be responsible for managing both front-end and back-end development tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient operations across the systems. You will also handle infrastructure management and use modern AI tools to enhance the product offerings.

What you’ll do in this role

• Develop, test, and maintain robust front-end and back-end applications using Node.js, Python and TypeScript.
• Manage and maintain infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Leverage modern AI tools to improve our product capabilities and streamline development processes.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and founders to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet business goals.
• Take initiative and work independently to identify areas for improvement and implement innovative solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, provide feedback, and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

We’re looking for

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with strong proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript.
• Solid understanding of infrastructure management and deployment processes.
• Experience using modern AI tooling and techniques is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced, small team environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
