Our Client is transitioning from a wellbeing platform to an innovative HRS AI company. Our goal is to create an HRS platform based on AI and data science, serving as an integrative solution connecting our platform and standard HRIS. This will maximize the values of both entries and enable intelligent and data-driven decisions on the company’s human capital, including strong analytics and predictive capacities.
The AI Developer will play a crucial role in transforming our platform. The role will focus on enhancing HR processes through AI-driven solutions and providing valuable insights to our clients. What you’ll do in this role
- Design and implement AI models and algorithms to enhance HRS functionalities.
- Develop machine learning models for predictive analytics, data classification, and natural language processing.
- Optimize AI models for performance, accuracy, and scalability.
- Collaborate with data engineers to integrate various data sources into the AI system.
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights relevant to HR processes.
- Develop and maintain data pipelines and workflows.
- Communicate complex AI concepts and findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Stay updated with the latest AI trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Conduct research to explore new AI applications and improve existing models.
- Lead AI projects from concept to implementation, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
- Collaborate with the project manager to define project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress and address any technical challenges that arise.
We’re looking for
- 3+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, preferably in the HR or related industry.
- Proven experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
- Hands-on experience with data integration, preprocessing, and analysis.
- Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with databases.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and their AI services.
- Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
- Excellent English communication skills, at least upper-intermediate level.
How to knock our socks off
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
- Demonstrated success in leading AI projects from concept to deployment.
- Experience with natural language processing and data classification.
- Familiarity with HR processes and systems.
