We are looking for a skilled Scrum Master to help our Swiss client take the live-streaming world by storm!

Our client is a young Swiss scale-up company, Vinivia, dedicated to providing an interactive, AR-enabled, live-streaming solution for individuals, corporations, brands, and ad agencies. They aim to become the #1 platform in the streaming world and are now expanding their team to reach this goal.

We are seeking an accomplished and dedicated Scrum Master to become a vital part of the team. The ideal candidate will be deeply committed to championing Agile and Scrum methodologies within our client’s organization. You should possess a strong drive for fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement among agile teams, ensuring the successful delivery of our client’s interactive, AR-enabled live streaming solution.

What you’ll do in this role

• Scrum Framework Stewardship:

Champion the adoption of Scrum practices and principles within your assigned teams.

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-Ups, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives.

• Team Leadership and Empowerment:

Lead and support 1-2 agile teams, fostering an environment of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Empower teams to self-organize and make decisions while adhering to Scrum principles.

• Impediment Resolution:

Identify and proactively remove impediments and obstacles that hinder team progress.

Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and stakeholders to address cross-team impediments.

• Servant Leadership:

Embrace the role of a servant leader, prioritizing the needs of the team above all else.

Mentor and coach team members, promoting Agile and Scrum values.

• SAFe Framework Alignment:

Contribute to the successful alignment with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) principles within the organization.

Work closely with Product Owners to ensure SAFe practices are integrated.

• Continuous Improvement Advocate:

Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement within the teams, encouraging retrospectives and facilitating action item implementation.

Monitor and report key agile metrics to track team performance and identify areas for enhancement.

• Stakeholder Collaboration:

Facilitate effective communication between the team and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment on project goals and progress.

• Risk Management:

Identify and manage risks associated with the project or team dynamics, proactively seeking solutions to mitigate potential issues.

We’re looking for

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment, certification is a plus.
• Familiarity with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) is advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in problem-solving and conflict resolution.
• Leadership qualities and adaptability.
• At least Upper-Intermediate English level.
