Beetroot’s partnered up with a sharp niche player in Inventory Management and Purchasing Optimization. They mainly offer self-developed IT systems for inventory control and purchasing, but also consulting services in the area. The core of our client’s systems has been developed together with the department for production economics at Lund University of Technology and makes them the market leader in their niche.

We are looking for an AI Developer with great drive and commitment to join our Swedish client’s growing team, where one can contribute with their experience and developer knowledge in Python, Flask, and Time Series modeling. The role will focus on an AI Application for warehouse and inventory management.

It’s a great opportunity for a growth-oriented specialist to play a vital role in the improvement of a modern sales forecasting tool!

What you’ll do in this role

• Implement new features to the application
• Work with time series forecasting
• Be a part of the small team of experts
• Utilize your Machine Learning and data-based analysis skills

We’re looking for

• 3+ years of experience with Python
• Experience with Python libraries: Scikit-learn / LightGBM, Pandas, Numpy, SQLAlchemy, Pytest, Bottle
• Experience with Machine learning and data flows: Random forest as a model, Time series analysis with a focus on forecasting, Rest API, Message queue
• Microsoft environment experience
• Knowledge of T-SQL
• University education in system development, or equivalent experience
• At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English
