We need your recruitment superpowers to coordinate Beetroot’s Talent Acquisition team ! We’re growing steadily, and are looking for an ambitious Head of Talent Acquisition to join our team .
Currently Beetroot is working in two main directions: building dedicated teams for specific clients and delivering complex, technically challenging solutions. Currently we’re in a search of a talented coordinator for the dedicated team direction to help us build our hiring strategy in all of Beetroot locations, evaluate our market presence, think innovatively about how to solve the current difficulties in hiring IT specialists.
You will have access to all Beetroot expertise in recruitment and have our warm culture. You will also be able to shape up the full recruitment cycle processes and work alongside the Beetroot marketing team to design campaigns in promoting Beetroot. Not to mention our ambitious growth plans and future challenges that would come with it.

What we’re looking for:
— 5+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in IT
— Result-oriented and responsible attitude towards work
— Decent knowledge of the IT market, its players, salary ranges, and market tendencies (not only big cities)
— Acknowledge with different recruitment metrics
— Understanding how to scale recruitment processes and team for the company of 500+ employees
— Understanding how employer branding, marketing efforts impact the recruitment results
— Profound knowledge of different sources for finding new candidates, constant drive to experiment with the recruitment approaches
— Previous experience in the recruitment coordination and process design
— Strong networking skills, knowledge of how to build a great pool of connections
— Warm and welcoming personality, innate curiosity towards people
— Closing vacancies remotely and knowing how to create wonderful candidate experience via online tools
— Excellent English!
— Experience working with international companies
— Technical background or deep understanding of the technologies
— Knowledge of different recruiting methodologies
— Previous experience working with different ATSs
