We are looking for a capable and motivated Network System Administrator. Do you love tackling problems head-on? Do you enjoy coming up with creative solutions for a business’s pain points? You will establish and maintain Beetroot network on a whole company level and support all System Administrators in this area, with your solid expertise and technical skills. Also, you will have intensive cooperation with our CTO, Information Security Officer, and IT Team Coordinator to keep our Information Security processes and ISO politics in fighting trim.
— Design network infrastructure distributed between different locations
— Configuring network hardware (servers, routers, etc.)
— Implementation of network and network equipment monitoring
— Firewall setup and configuration
— Maintaining and improving VPN communication and a VPN server
— Deploying and updating network software
— Keeping up to date configuration and process documentation
— Reacting to the cybersecurity breaches or risks
— Supporting System Administrators about network issues
What we’re looking for:
— Actual experience with Cisco, Mikrotik, and HP routers
— 3+ years of experience in network administration
— Solid understanding of core network protocols and services (TCP/IP, DNS)
— Deep understanding of core data center networking, including network topologies, security architecture, and tools required
— Experience in platform networking and security design (firewalls, web app firewalls, deep-packet inspection, vTAPs, egress filtering, VPNs (s2s / p2s), IPSec tunnels, MACsec, and PKI infrastructure)
— Nice level of English
— AWS/Azure expertise (Multi-Region, Availability Zones, vNets or VPC, load balancing, DNS & global traffic management, CIDR based IP planning and allocation using IPAM)
