Office Manager (вакансія неактивна)

We are looking for a friendly and caring office manager to help make our Beetroot office the most pleasant, cozy, and functional place to work in Kharkiv.
You will play the main role in supporting other team members in being successful while working in close collaboration with the management team, and other Beetroot offices.

Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for the office environment, treating it as if it’s your home and the Beets are your family
• Organize daily office procedures with effectiveness, ensuring all necessary supplies are in stock.
• Support and improve Beetroot office conditions
• Hold internal company events — Beetroot breakfast, Fikas, birthdays, team-building activities, etc.
• Participate in office activities and contribute to a positive working atmosphere with the other team members!
• Oversee our office recycling system
• Keep close contact and sync with other Beetroot offices

What we’re looking for:

• Well organized and able to sustain multi-tasking in a busy environment
• Detail-oriented
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Good verbal, written and listening skills
• Love for people and a willingness to support them as needed
• Highly collaborative style, able to work well with all other teams
• English is a plus
• You love borsch!
