Product Owner

The innovative IT consulting company specializing in the management and steering of complex IT projects. They are looking for a dedicated and experienced Product Owner part-time for their current migration project in collaboration with Sodexo, a global leader in services that improve quality of life with employee benefits.

In this project, you will be responsible for managing the migration of Sodexo’s German and Austrian app solutions as a part of a team, mainly a project managed by Sodexo. The benefits encompass various forms of perks and vouchers, which can be redeemed at a wide range of acceptance points, such as restaurants, shops, and online platforms.

These solutions include the German apps Benefitspass, Kaufland, and Restaurant Pass, as well as the Austrian apps Restaurantpass, Lebensmittelpass, and Geschenkpass. Their objective is to integrate these into a global single-build solution. This unique solution will have all countries represented within a single app. This has to be tested and migrated by you and the team.

In this project, you will be part of a committed team and work with another part-time PO. Sodexo will provide the project management and migration team. You are going to be run under the product department.

Your main tasks:

• Archiving the main goal: Successful migration for German and Austrian apps and Portal
• Conducting acceptance testing of the apps and communicating fixes with the CwC team
• Monitoring and executing the migration and rollout toward Marketing and Customer Service
• Steering and coordinating the entire migration project in close collaboration with the stakeholders and project leaders
• Ensuring the project goals and requirements are met, as well as ensuring the quality and success of the migration.
• Participating, organizing partly moderating meetings, including planning, reviews, and steering cos.
• Monitoring the project progress to ensure the milestones and the end date are met.
• Communicating the project status to the stakeholders and management, as well as managing risks and issues that may arise during the project.
• Manage demand process with global (SaFe Framework), creating and communicating demands with the global team. (Global manages all the digital assets for each county. Multiple countries use one App)

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience as a Product Owner, preferably in migration projects
• Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Experience with mobile apps and digital platforms
• Fluent in English (B2/C1) spoken and written
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work both in a team and independently
• Proactive attitude and ability to identify problems and propose solutions

This is a remote, part-time role with flexible hours. Elongation is possible as an asset owner after the project has ended.
