What you will be doing:
- Identifying and managing business requirements by working closely with internal business stakeholders and translating them into technical and functional requirements;
- Participating in user acceptance testing and testing of new system functionality, providing feedback on system functionality, usability, and performance.
- Working alongside a varied set of technology and business stakeholders, you define and document new business, user, and system requirements.
- Manage the requirement lifecycle from planning through to elicitation, testing, delivery, and business acceptance.
- Collaborate with designers and developers to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces and meet all technical requirements.
- Organizing workshops/meetings with the participation of businesses to prioritize and package demands;
You certainly:
- Have 4+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst
- Have experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools;
- Has the analytical ability, demonstrated by being able to quickly grasp and break apart complex and ambiguous concepts into logical, understandable, and sequenced development steps
- Is technically oriented with strong attention to detail. You must understand the product and business logic, data sources and uses, technical limitations, and feature inter-dependencies
- Have an ability to quickly learn about new technologies and gain a deep understanding of existing products.
- Customer-centric, passionate about delivering great digital products and services
- Know English at Upper-Intermediate/Advanced level;
- Can legally travel abroad if needed — position may require business trips in the EU
- A BA/MA in a technical discipline is not a mandatory requirement but will be considered a huge plus
You probably:
- Have prior experience in the travel industry working on shopping and booking web, mobile, or API technology.
- Have prior experience in business travel products dealing with the complexities of shopping Cars across multiple channels (experience working with major players, like Hertz or Sixt will be a huge plus).
- Have added requirements to JIRA tickets and used Postman to work with an API
- Have recently popped open Chrome developer tools to look deeper into a UI problem

On BE: Python 3 and Clojure, as well as: Django, DRF, Celery, Gevent, aiohttp, Airflow, Postgresql, Redis, Memcache, RabbitMQ, ElasticSearch, Terraform, Ansible, Stackstorm, Splunk, Docker. Everything is running on AWS.
