What you will be doing:

• Communicating with 1st line support team
• Researching technical issues
• Developing tools for internal usage
• Reporting incidents to 3rd-party systems
• Detecting and following up on application errors
• Optimizing/automating recurring activities
• Collecting data for analytics
• Communicating with internal development team

You certainly:

• Have 2+ years of experience in L2/L3 support or as Linux/Windows system administrator
• Have strong Linux/ Windows skills
• Good understanding of XML, JSON, HTTP
• Is experienced with git
• Have good communication skills
• Have upper intermediate or higher level of English

You probably:

• Have some Python/Docker skills
• Is experienced with AWS

Every day thousands of business travelers across the world use our software built on modern technology.
