Your Role:
- Identifying and recruiting new micro-content creators on influencer platforms or social media like Instagram, TikTok, and others.
- Managing ongoing relationships with content creators, ensuring timely communication, quality content delivery, and brand alignment.
- Brainstorming and preparing creative content concepts and briefs for influencers that align with brand goals and resonate with the target audience.
- Coordinating and overseeing content production, either by managing creators or handling the production process (self-recording or organizing external shoots).
- Collaborating with marketing and creative teams to ensure user-generated content integrates seamlessly into broader campaigns.
- Tracking and analyzing the performance of UGC to optimize future projects and creator collaborations.
About You:
- Proven experience in managing content creators, micro-influencers, or UGC campaigns.
- Strong creative thinking and the ability to develop compelling content ideas.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of social media trends, especially TikTok, Instagram, and influencer marketing platforms.
- Video production skills (self-recording or filming organization) are a plus.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
