1+ year of experience in Tier 1 and Tier 2 support
Experience with ticketing systems (Incident reports etc.)
Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
Upper Intermediate or higher spoken English
Basic understanding of LAN infrastructure (how LAN network is built in terms of devices and connectivity nods)

Perform daily review of reported Incidents queue
Call Customer’s stores and troubleshoot reported issue
Leave informational worknotes in reported Incidents
Efficiently manage Incidents queue
Perform remote connection to Customer’s stores computer to troubleshoot connectivity issues
Report technical issues to Dev and DevOps teams for handling
Reply to incoming emails with issue reports

О проекте

BaseChord was born from the painful process of reinstalling a complete operating system. The traditional way of wiping a hard drive and reinstalling the operating system is a boring and time-consuming process, requiring an illogically high skillset.
Our main Customer needed a tool that would easily, simply, and cheaply “bare metal” a computer — that is, completely wipe the hard drive, erasing all traces of the previous user — and then reinstall a fully licensed operating system, making the device ready to be reissued to the next user. It needed to be accessible at each branch location and usable by an entry-level employee.
BaseChord software is now installed in thousands of locations, delivering more than 10,000 refreshes every month providing a complete compliance audit trail of the refresh process.
In every case, the device remains fully licensed. We continue to improve and develop the Refresh product, saving immense amounts of time and allowing our Customer to grow his business and consider BaseChord as a reliable Software Vendor.
