Barbara Bang is looking for a person who will be responsible for our business partners having a top-notch service and a great experience with our brand.

Responsibilities:

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing business partners.
• Contacting clients regularly (phone, Skype, emails, face-to-face).
• Handling customer requests and problems, while providing immaculate service.
• Using statistics and reports to analyze a client’s activity.
• Promo planning.
• Tracking the effectiveness of the product in accordance with the existing contracts.
• Updating and recording data in CRM.

Requirements:

• At least 1 years of commercial experience in iGaming or B2B product/IT companies in the following positions: Account Manager, Affiliate Manager (Casino).
• Excellent pendantic skills.
• Proactive mindset.
• Excel, Word, Jira, Slack, SimilarWeb.
• Used analytics tools (will be plus).
• Strong organizational skills.
• High level of spoken and written business English. Additional languages — Spanish, Portuguese.
• Willing and possibility to travel.
