We are looking for the Business development manager(EdTech) to join our team!
If you have experience:
— In B2B sales of education solutions, for 2 years;
— Knowledge of English at the level — upper intermediate;
— Experience in managing the full sales cycle;
— Understand the principles of finding and attracting potential customers/partners.
— Skills to expand the range of clients and maintain partnership and friendly relations with clients
— Experience in drafting commercial proposals, preparation of presentations and contracts;
— Focus on results, ability to solve non-standard situations during the transaction.
What will you do:
— Exploring the Banza Academy course portfolio;
— Searching for and attracting new partners to organize joint educational projects;
— Development of existing customers, and collection of feedback on Banza Academy courses;
— Selling courses for corporate clients;
— Interaction with the marketing department to establish a customer search strategy;
— Construction of an activity plan for selling Banza Academy courses;
— Arranging meetings with the client;
— Preparing the presentation of the Banza Academy courses;
— Presentation of Banza Academy courses;
— Formation of commercial offers;
— Identifying strengths and weaknesses in a transaction;
— Agreeing on the terms of cooperation;
— Formation and protection of sales strategy;
— Payment control and debt management;
— Conducting formal and informal meetings with clients;
— Protection and implementation of sales plans and accounts;
— Representing the company at offline events.
