Middle Project Manager

We are looking for the Project Manager to join our team!

If you have experience:

• Experience of managing IT projects for at least 3 years (portfolio of 2 IT projects simultaneously, team of 7 persons)
• Deep understanding of each stage of Project Life Cycle
• Successful experience of client and team management
• Good knowledge and ability to apply in practice Waterfall and AGILE methods of implementation/development of IT projects
• Knowledge of project tools: MS Project, Jira, Confluence
• Skills of work with at least one of the systems of the next class: ERP, CRM, accounting, document management systems, etc.
• English level — upper Intermediate or higher

It will be a plus:

• Experience with Creatio platform
• Knowledge of business process notes
• Availability of course certificates (direction PM)

What will you do:

• To form a calendar plan of the project, actualize and control performance both on the part of the project team and on the part of the customer
• Work with various types of contracts: Fix Price, Time&material, Outstaff
• Solve problems and critical situations during the implementation of the project
• To promptly and promptly pass on key points of the object with formal documentation
• Set objectives, manage priorities and control the fulfillment of objective tasks by experts of the objective team
• Manage risks and resolve conflicts
• To form a clear understanding of the relationship between the Creatio product line and project work with expected business results from the customer
• Agree with the customer on the terms of project implementation
• Participation in pre-project investigation
• Work with contracts on support of the project decision
