We are inviting a QA coach to join our Banza Academy team!

If you have:

• Experience in web testing for more than 2 years
• Upper Intermediate English level and above (conducting courses for English-speaking students)
• Understanding of the principles and types of testing and experience of applying them in practice
• Understanding the SDLC and STLC stages
• Practical skills in preparing test attributes (test plan, test strategy, bug report, test case, checklist, RTM)
• Knowledge of various test design techniques and experience in their practical application
• Practical skills in working with Issue tracking system and Test case management system
• Experience working with databases (PostgreSQL, MS SQL and Oracle), writing basic SQL queries (CRUD operations)
• Understanding the principles of integration and data exchange between information systems
• Experience writing clear, concise and comprehensive test documentation
  
  
  It will be a plus:
• Understanding the principles of integration and data exchange between information systems
• Basic knowledge of SQL
  
  What will you do:
• Conduct training
• Advise and mentor training participants
• Check their homework, provide feedback to course participants
• Determine training goals, analyze the target audience
• Participate in the preparation and structuring of materials in accordance with the learning objectives
• Develop test and practical tasks, form assessment criteria
• Form solutions for further improvement of educational content
