Business development manager/IT sales manager (вакансія неактивна)

We are inviting a Business development manager/IT sales manager to join our team!

Requirements:
-Similar experience in B2B sales of IT solutions or services, from 2 years;
-Knowledge of English at the level — upper intermediate;
-Experience in managing the full sales cycle;
-Experience in drafting commercial proposals, preparation of presentations and contracts;
-High presentation skill;
-Focus on results, ability to solve non-standard situations during the transaction;
-Higher education.

Will be an advantage:
-Experience with the Creatio platform (Terrasoft).

Functional responsibilities:
-Exploring the Banza product portfolio in current and future product releases;
-Interaction with the marketing department to establish a custom search strategy, to form cases for use of Banza products for future sales;
-Constant interaction with pre-sales, sales operations, and marketplace vendor Creatio teams to find new leads for Banza products;
-Construction of an activity plan for Banza products up-sell/cross-sell;
-Arranging meetings with the client;
-Preparing the presentation of the Banza product;
-Presentation of Banza products;
-Formation of commercial offers;
-Identifying strengths and weaknesses in a transaction;
-Offering Banza products for solving business problems in a transaction based on existing cases;
-Agreeing on the terms of cooperation;
-Conducting demo of Banza products and Creatio platform;
-Formation and protection of sales strategy;
-Payment control and debt management;
-Conducting formal and informal meetings with clients;
-Protection and implementation of sales plans and accounts;
-Representing the company at offline events;
-Development of existing customers, and collection of feedback on Banza products;
-Transferring feedback on Banza products to the R&D team for further analysis and planning of new releases.
