Territory Manager

Being True Value Added IT distributor BAKOTECH provides professional pre-sales, post-sales, marketing and technical support for partners and end-customers.

Geographically the company operates in 26 countries covering Eastern Europe, the Baltic States, the CIS, the Balkan with offices in Kyiv, Prague, Krakow, Astana, Almaty and Baku.

Right now, we are looking for a Territory Manager to extend our team.

Desired Qualifications:

— 2 years of current sales, experience is required, preferably, as a Territory or Business Development Manager. Technology and/or software sales industry experience required as well;

— Advanced English;

— Ability to learn technical information and communicate technical details required;

— Experience with CRM is a plus;

— Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and general business software;

— Strong time-management skills;

— Good at business correspondence and communication skills;

— Results-driven;

— Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

Responsibilities:

— Control of sales plan fulfillment;

— Involvement, development of new partners and establishing interaction with them;

— Generation of projects together with partners, assistance in identifying customer needs, testing and justification, as well as implementation of projects;

— Communication and negotiations with focus customers;

— Support for existing customers and partners;

— Preparation of proposals;

— Providing basic technical advice for partners and customers;

— Organization of partner network development in technical and sales plan.
