Job Summary:

A Data Entry Specialist is responsible for accurately inputting and updating data into various computer systems and databases. This role requires attention to detail, speed, and accuracy in handling large volumes of data. The specialist ensures data integrity and maintains confidentiality of sensitive information.

Key Responsibilities:

• Entering and updating data in computer systems and databases with high accuracy.
• Verifying and correcting data where necessary.
• Managing data integrity and ensuring data consistency.
• Performing regular backups to ensure data preservation.
• Assisting with data retrieval and reporting as required.
• Maintaining confidentiality and security of information.
• Performing other administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data entry or related field is a plus.
• Experience: Proven experience as a data entry specialist or in a similar role.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel,
• Knowledge of database management and data entry software.
• Proficiency in Adobe software.

• Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills.
