3-5+ years’ experience in recruitment
● Deep understanding of the tech hiring landscape
● Strong command of English (upper-intermediate/B2 level).
● Fluency in Ukrainian, Russian
● Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects, and client
relationships.
● Experience working with engineering teams and hiring for senior technical roles,
including but not limited to Full Stack, Backend, Frontend, Mobile, and more.
● Positive with Crypto
● Tech savviness

— 2+ years of recruiting experience preferred
— Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing

— Ability to manage a wide range of relationships with a variety of stakeholders

— Take ownership of candidate experience by designing and managing itDevelop job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements
— Perform reference checks as need
— Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiationg employment terms
— Manage onboarding and new hire process
— Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices
— Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process
— Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations
