The company blends digital and advisory services for public and private clients from the Nordics to Central Asia.
Currently, we’re looking for a Business Analyst in several locations, including Ukraine.
You will:
- Analyse client needs and/or public tender requirements;
- Prepare concepts for digital product development;
- Define the best technical solutions to ensure success;
- Write technical documentation, technical proposals and specifications in line with the client or public tender requirements;
- Collaborate effectively with internal and external experts, clients and development teams while fostering a team-oriented approach;
- Participate in and/or run PMO or business case preparation projects.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of relevant experience as an analyst;
- A degree in Information Technology or related niche;
- Strong analytical mindset;
- Good MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Jira knowledge;
- Fluency in English and impeccable writing skills;
- Understanding of the public tendering process is an advantage;
- Strong organisational and communication skills;
- Ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders and experts;
- Knowledge of system analysis and public sector systems may be an advantage;
- Understanding the public tendering process may be an advantage.
