— Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
— Knowledge of key business analysis tasks, elements and techniques
— Ability to evaluate the information gathered from multiple sources, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a more general understanding, distinguish presented user requests from the underlying true needs, and distinguish solution ideas from requirements.
— Ability to depict requirements information in graphical forms, including using modeling languages.
— Ability to communicate information clearly.
— Good in English, speaking and writing.
— Good communication skills and ability to work as a member of a team.

— Analyze and document business requirements.
— Produce software specification including user requirements, use cases, UI mocks, diagrams, functional, non-functional and other requirements for new and existing features.
— Create and maintain requirements documentation according to agreed format.
— Identify and track changes to requirements. Facilitate requirements prioritization. Ensure requirements traceability.
— Work closely with a development and QC/QA/UAT team to ensure a consistent understanding of the desired feature set.
— Assist at various levels of the project.
