— Experience in recruitment\sales\marketing (in IT recruitment as a plus);
— Understanding of the end to end recruitment lifecycle processes;
— Know principles of searching & sourcing for qualified candidates using a vast internal database, various Internet sources, and referral techniques;
— Know how to use search engines, social media, LinkedIn, job boards, networking to conduct searches
— Ability to generate a quality pipeline of candidates in a timely manner while providing an excellent candidate experience;
— Excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills, organizationnal skills and attention to detail
— Intermediate+ English.

— Executing recruitment plan by recruiting for well-qualified candidates from a variety of sources;
— Sourcing and pre-screen candidates set up interview schedules;
— Conducting recruitment interviews to evaluate and summarize relevant skills and experience;
— Communicate effectively with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process;
— Track candidates in the applicant tracking system and maintain database;
— Managing the job offer process with basic on-boarding activities.
