— Experience in recruitment\sales\marketing (in IT recruitment as a plus);

— Know principles of searching & sourcing for qualified candidates using a vast internal database, various Internet sources, and referral techniques;
— Know how to use search engines, social media, LinkedIn, job boards, networking to conduct searches
— Ability to generate a quality pipeline of candidates in a timely manner while providing an excellent candidate experience;
— Excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills, organizational skills and attention to detail
