High education in Finance with professional experience from 1- 1,5 yrs.
Professional experience like Business Analyst from 1+ yrs.
Upper Intermediate English (and higher): excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience in regulatory reporting preparation and analysis — Financial Regulatory reporting, Liquidity / Capital reporting.
Strong knowledge of financial instruments and products from a banking and accounting perspective
Experience in preparation of functional specifications
Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
Strong literacy skills, with ability to bring across complex concepts in simple language
Flexibility to adapt to new and ever-changing situations and environments

The primary responsibilities of the position will include:
Provide SME expertise in requirements gathering and business analysis in regulatory reporting area
Translate business requirements into Functional Specifications, ensuring that developers and testers have a precise understanding of what is to be built and delivered
Ensure that all deliveries are fit for purpose, addressing business requirements in a timely, accurate and complete manner, with minimal defects or technical debt
The BA contributes to test strategy, test plans, expected results (including reference models) and test coordination, as well as participating in the actual testing and diagnosing any defects that arise
Consolidates and established knowledge base of local regulatory regulations across the Asian region
Assist in providing updated information of regulatory changes
Providing in-house regulatory support on regulatory reporting matters such as interpretations, training and implementations of new regulatory requirements
Collaborate with respective teams in design of regulatory reporting solutions
Supports the product and implementation services team with domain functional knowledge
Liaises with AxiomSL’s other regional regulatory reporting teams to share and discuss regulatory reports
