At least 3-4 years of Support Team Managing experience (team of at least 3-4 Support Specialists)
People leadership experience, decision making, influencing, coaching and development skills
Knowledge of current computer hardware, software, mobile devices, emerging technologies and trends in the Technology
Have experience with the implementation of new policies and procedures
Effective time management and organizational skills: ability to multitask, high attention to details, work well under pressure and prioritize tasks to meet numerous operational deadlines
Good presentation, negotiation and communication skills in English
Positive, friendly disposition and professional, reliable work ethic
Eagerness to learn and passion for delivering the best technical solutions.
Previous experience in financial institutions is desirable but not mandatory.

Since AxiCorp constantly continues to grow, it was decided to establish strong Support Team in Kiev, Ukraine. Therefore we’re looking for Technology Support Manager who will collaborate with The Head of Infrastructure and Service Management to execute & manage a 24×5 Technical support team to support internal AxiCorp applications and Staff.
These include but are not limited to critical environments associated with our trading front and back end, internal data and service bus systems to general service desk style requests. The role is diverse and covers all aspects of Technology support.
