Software Engineer in Lviv (вакансія неактивна)

AXDRAFT is a Y Combinator company from New York that works to automate legal document drafting and negotiation. Our team is growing and we are looking for Software Engineer to join our team in Ukraine.

About You

• An interest in building UIs with modern tools like ES6+, React (Hooks + SSR), Sass and Webpack.
• An ability to think through customer requirements to come up with high-impact ways of quickly solving their problems.
• A high bar for quality of code and quality of user experience.
• A passion about performance, accessibility, and design.
• Experience as a generalist working on both the frontend, backend, and anything it takes to solve problems and delight users both internally and externally.
• Ability to build API services with node.js, deploy and manage them.
• Deep understanding of how web applications work and communicate with APIs.
• Improve engineering standards, tooling, and processes.
• Comfortable with delivering and receiving feedback.
• At least 2 years of commercial experience in React and/or Node.js.
• Good level of English to read, create and understand documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Building reusable components that make it easier for engineers to build consistent and high quality user experiences across AXDRAFT.
• Identifying and working on initiatives that could improve performance for the entire platform.
• Building and improving the libraries and frameworks that power our front-end stack.
• Design, build, and maintain APIs, services, and systems across AXDRAFT.
• Debug production issues across services and multiple levels of the stack.
• Measure and improve performance of the application.
