🧑‍🚀 Who we’re looking for:

As our Engineering Lead, you’ll be the technical backbone of our fast-growing startup. You’ll take ownership of our marketplace platform, leading a team of developers to deliver innovative solutions. Your skills will shape our product roadmap, ensure top-notch technical standards, and drive our success to new heights.

🚀 What you’ll be working on:

• Lead the development, maintenance, and growth of the marketplace, including supply chain and product offerings, while fostering collaboration with marketplace developers;
• Manage project tracking through Click Up, daily stand-ups, and 1-on-1 processes;
• Conduct technical interviews with developers;
• Perform code reviews and quality assessments;
• Collaborate with other teams to resolve various product issues;
• Provide feedback to the team to aid in development and product enhancement;
• Improve planning and prioritization within sprint cycles;
• Accelerate release cycles.

💎 Your skill set:

• 7+ years of relevant technical experience;
• 2+ years of experience managing teams of 5-10+ developers;
• Proficiency in PHP, Laravel, MySQL, and React;
• Knowledge of PHP Symfony, Angular, Vue.js, and PostgreSQL, along with experience in Python, Ruby on Rails, or other technologies, is a plus;
• Deep understanding of AI tools for coding;
• Proven experience working in a start-up environment;
• Strong background in stakeholder management;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to provide constructive feedback and give pushbacks;
• Adaptability to thrive in a fast-growing company;
• Product mindset with a solid understanding of business needs and user experience;
• Advanced proficiency in English.
