As an Executive Assistant at Awesomic, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s success by providing indispensable support to the CEO and contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the organization. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks, from managing the CEO’s calendar and coordinating high-priority partnership deals to conducting research, preparing reports, and assisting in the formulation of strategic initiatives. This dynamic role will require exceptional organizational skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced and ever-changing startup environment. As the right-hand to the CEO, you will have the opportunity to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, interface with key stakeholders, and contribute to the growth and innovation of Awesomic as it continues to make its mark in the industry. Your role will be instrumental in ensuring seamless communication, fostering a positive work culture, and ultimately, driving the company towards its goals with precision and excellence.
What You’ll Do:
- CEO Support: Provide comprehensive assistance to the CEO, managing their inbox, social media, calendar, scheduling meetings, and ensuring they have the necessary information and resources for optimal decision-making.
- Communication Management: Handle email correspondence, draft communications, and prepare presentations on behalf of the CEO to internal and external stakeholders.
- Project Coordination: Assist in coordinating and tracking progress on key projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and timelines.
- Data Management: Organize and maintain important documents, reports, databases, and files, ensuring easy access and retrieval when needed.
- Meeting Facilitation: Coordinate, prepare agendas, and document minutes for high-level meetings, following up on action items to ensure timely execution.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with team members, partners, and customers to enhance collaboration and foster a positive work environment.
- At least 1+ years of experience with proven results in IT industry (tech startup experience working with sales/data would be a plus).
- At least Upper-Intermediate level of English
- Ability to identify stakeholders based on situation’s input
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
- A keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in communications, reports, and project coordination.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities to interact with various stakeholders and represent the CEO professionally.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools and platforms for communication, project management, and data analysis.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and take the lead on various tasks.
- Knowledge of the latest industry trends.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
- Proactiveness and voluntary experience would be considered advantageous.
