🔥 An Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a business. The Operations Manager is also responsible for developing and implementing strategies and processes to ensure that all operations are running smoothly and efficiently.

As an Operations Manager, you will care about our people, using your creative potential and personal approach to establish and support long-term win-win relationships.

  • “Big picture” thinking, which is key to addressing top-level concerns and finding the best path forward from all of the available data
  • Interpersonal skills — an Operations Manager must promptly communicate with executives and employees to create and administer policies and processes.
  • A thorough understanding of financial and budgeting processes and principles, which allows the Operations Manager to assess the company’s earnings and spending to find areas for improvement
  • Strong personal and professional judgment, which are invaluable skills for a role that helps in finding the best solution to organizational dilemmas
  • Adaptability, enabling the Operations Manager to respond quickly to a shifting reality and adjust initiatives and priorities accordingly
  • Organizational skills and the flexibility to jump from priority to priority, which are essential to a role that juggles a variety of functions and projects.
  • 4+ years for experience in Operations
  • English Fluent or Native — is a must
  • Experince working in a fast growing startup and Saas — is a must.

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the organization.
  • Lead, motivate and mentor the operations team.
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure operational effectiveness.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency in the operations team
  • Long-term planning to create initiatives that further the company’s overall goals
  • Communicate customer issues with the operations team and devise ways of improving the customer experience, including resolving problems and complaints
  • Oversee project management and ensure deadlines are met
  • Create and maintain operational metrics and reporting.
  • Monitor compliance with industry regulations and standards
  • Support and manage strategic projects.
