Hey! We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager who will actually care about our clients, support them and help manage and improve their product journey. Our ideal candidate loves working with people and knows how to create a positive client—company experience. We’re looking for a person who is attentive to details, can offer insights and tips on using product features most effectively, and become a trustworthy friend for our users.

You’ll be responsible for:
- Сhecking clients’ happiness level, and improving the areas of dissatisfaction.
- Analyzing clients’ data, developing and managing clients’ portfolios.
- Responding and handling clients’ requests in chat/ email.
- Helping clients to onboard to the product easier and faster.
- Helping minimize client churn and increasing their retention.
