The customer is a leading SaaS platform accelerating digital transformation in the restaurant industry. The company helps brands deliver more personalized and profitable guest experiences through digital ordering, payment, and engagement solutions. Product’s technology enables customers to do more with less and make every guest feel like a regular. The working hours for this position are till 9 PM (EET).
This is you
- 6+ years of software development experience, including 2+ years as a Team/Tech Lead;
- Strong understanding of SDLC, delivery processes, and production support;
- Experience with monitoring tools (Grafana, Datadog, or similar);
- Strong skills in system design and data modeling;
- Strong experience with SQL and relational database performance optimization;
- Strong experience with Node.js / TypeScript and modern stack such as PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, Redis;
- Solid experience with microservices, distributed messaging systems, Kubernetes, Helm, and CI/CD;
- Experience writing unit tests and building maintainable, testable code;
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
Nice-to-have skills:
- Experience with Vue.js.

- Design and build reliable but simple solutions to complex problems at scale;
- Own the code and services you deploy, observe performance, and identify emerging problems;
- Assess and resolve production incidents that arise in the components your team manages;
- Help us scale to the next level of growth and reliability as we onboard new enterprise clients;
- Research and propose new technologies to apply;
- Look for diverse perspectives, and challenge business and technical assumptions;
- Provide constructive criticism in a way that builds the team’s overall strength.
