We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead a long-term legacy system project, ensure smooth delivery in a complex technical environment, and drive alignment across multiple teams and stakeholders. The role requires strong leadership, structured project delivery, and the ability to work with evolving requirements and technical constraints.

This is you

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management (experience with legacy or complex systems is a strong advantage)
• English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher
• Strong knowledge of PMBOK 6 and structured project delivery approaches
• Proven stakeholder management and negotiation skills
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Hands-on people management experience
• Strong skills in roadmap planning, backlog prioritization, and release management

This is your role

• Take full ownership of project delivery for a long-term legacy system
• Drive project planning, roadmap ownership, milestones, and release coordination
• Ensure alignment between business stakeholders, engineering teams, and external partners
• Apply structured project management practices based on PMBOK 6, with a strong focus on Integration Management
• Manage scope, risks, dependencies, timelines, and delivery commitments
• Facilitate Scrum / Agile processes in a complex, fast-changing environment
