Avenga is looking for a BPO Specialist for our American project. Our customer is an online enterprise-grade food ordering platform used by many of the US’s largest restaurant chains and millions of users. It integrates with the brands’ existing systems, opening new digital revenue streams injected effortlessly into the restaurant’s operations.

What you bring along:

• 1 year or more of experience in the Business Process area;
• Strong experience in the Coupa AP system;
• Good at Excel (knowledge of Vlookups and Pivots);
• Deep knowledge in the financial area;
• Attention to details;
• At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English.

Nice to have:

• Customer service/support experience.

This is your mission:

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over email;
• Monitor AP email and respond to vendor and employee requests;
• Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers;
• Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel;
• Enter invoices into the Coupa AP system and consolidate them in Excel to send to customers;
• Reconcile cash received from customers and apply to open invoices;
• Pass on any feedback or suggestions by customers to the appropriate internal team;
• Identify and suggest possible improvements in procedures.
