Senior Data Science Engineer (вакансія неактивна)

Avenga is looking for a progressive Senior Data Science Engineer. You will work in a team of highly qualified professionals to develop a task-agnostic model for 3D seismic data, which can revolutionise the field of computational geoscience. The primary workflow involves development of geophysical foundation models, including data preparation, model pre-training in a self-supervised setting, and adapting models to various downstream tasks (denoising, classification, segmentation, interpolation). A specific focus is on accelerating model training by leveraging multiple GPUs and potentially TPUs.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience with Data Science;
• Expert in Python or Java;
• Hand-on experience with OpenCV;
• Good understanding of SOTA Computer Vision architectures;
• Familiarity with Visual Transformers;
• Knowledge of modern DL architectures;
• Theoretical knowledge of statistics and uncertainty modeling;
• English — Upper-Intermediate or higher.

Nice to have:

• Previous working experience with Web UI development will be a plus;
• Hands-on knowledge of TensorFlow;
• Experience with Google Cloud Services.

Responsibilities:

• Collect and pre-process public 3D seismic data, both labeled and unlabeled;
• Optimize pre-training of foundation models;
• Optimize fine-tuning of task-specific models, including hyper-parameters search;
• Setup a pipeline for model deployment and monitoring;
• Ability to find optimal ways to solve problems;
• Results orientation and teamwork.
