Avenga is looking for a detail-oriented Personnel Records Specialist to join our HR team. The Personnel Records Specialist will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, and supporting various HR functions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in personnel administration or a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• English — Intermediate or higher.

Responsibilities:

• Arrange the hiring, transfer, and dismissal of employees in compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Maintain accurate personnel records and update them as needed.
• Prepare documents related to employee awards and incentives.
• Manage and safeguard employment record books.
• Determine insurance periods for sick leave certificates.
• Issue certificates of employment for current and former employees.
• Monitor vacation allocation and ensure adherence to vacation schedules.
• Assist in preparing staffing table documents and making necessary changes.
• Maintain and update job descriptions and work instructions.
• Ensure compliance with the legal requirements of the Diya City Act.
• Handle military accounting and conscript booking.
• Perform additional tasks such as confirming medical leaves, issuing certificates of no criminal record, managing library materials, handling overtime tasks, processing bonuses for women upon childbirth, and managing the salary module.
