Avenga is looking for an SMM Specialist who will take charge of our company’s social media presence and take it to a whole new level. Our perfect candidate knows how to create original content that brings value to social media users on the spot and is a fast learner, who is always tracking algorithms updates and keen on social media trends. You will be a part of the Employer branding team, who takes care of the company’s image and reputation in the Ukrainian IT market, organizes multiple activities for employers and attracts new talents to Avenga. Together with us, you will form our company’s wholesome image to help us achieve our goals.
- 2+ years of experience as an SMM manager, Content writer or Copywriter;
- Expert in LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram;
- Strong skills in writing both short publications and blog posts;
- Understanding of the IT sphere;
- Proficient in using different video and photo editors;
- Previous experience in cooperation with bloggers and different influencers;
- Familiar with communication techniques with an audience in different cases (negative comments, ambiguous feedback, etc.);
- English — Upper-intermediate or higher;
- Outstanding knowledge of the Ukrainian language.

- Ability to create visual content (take photos or videos);
- Experience as an SMM specialist in the IT field.
- Create brand content strategy;
- Adapt complex theses, to select parallels and comparisons, to create short texts on a current topic;
- Create visual content (stories, images for posts);
- Processing and responding to comments, working with negativity and reviews;
- Communicate with followers;
- Design and implement SMM content strategy and plans;
- Write publications and administrate company pages;
- Generate and implement content ideas;
- Prepare reports on awareness and performance indicators;
- Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and application;
- Research current trends and audience preferences;
- Suggest and implement new features and content formats to develop brand awareness.
