The retail Banking segment includes services and products for individuals, including deposits, financing, remittances, and currency exchange. The Corporate Banking segment comprises services and products to corporate and commercial customers, including deposits, financing, and trade services. The Treasury segment offers money market, trading, and treasury services. The Investment Banking and Brokerage segment consists of investment management services and asset management activities related to dealing, managing, arranging, advising, and custody of securities.

What you bring along:

• 3+ years of professional BA/Product Owner experience;
• Experience in the banking domain is a must;
• Understanding of Temenos T24 Core banking products and processes, and /or other core banking products is highly preferred;
• Experience in leading products/projects aimed at implementing new information technology applications from initial system specifications through to deployment;
• Strong and proven interviewing and workshop facilitation skills specific to the collection and analysis of the business requirements;
• Strong and proven ability to render clear documentation and system specifications from interviews/discussions/workshops;
• Demonstrable evidence of analyzing and documenting complex business processes;
• Demonstrable experience writing requirements specifications for Information Systems;
• Strong and proven ability to render clear documentation and system specifications from interviews/discussions/workshops;
• End-to-end experience of the project lifecycle;
• Proven experience interacting directly with end-users;
• Exceptional collaborative, teaming, and consensus-building abilities, as well as proficiency in cross-discipline, cross-organization, and cross-product group cooperation;
• English — Advanced.
