Project: Customer-to-business communication platform that supports a variety of communication channels (like SMS, MMS, IP Push, What’s App. etc) in a unified manner.
The platform is extended with billing, data reporting, and a portal for customers to manage their purchases and access. It also supports centralized customer management through customers’ accounts
What you bring along:
- 3+ years of experience in software development
- In-Depth Knowledge of Python
- Work experience as a senior software developer
- Ability to work with API design, and integration with customers — and third-party services
- Knowledge of AWS services
- Proven capability in leading technical design sessions, coaching and mentoring other less experienced developers
- Proven experience working with local and remote teams across time zones
- Excellent technical troubleshooting
- English — Intermediate plus or higher
Nice to have:
- Experience with telecommunications and/or chat channels
- A university degree in Computer Science
