Project description: Our client is one of the largest European companies, which provides system suppliers of doors, garage doors, frames, and operators for uses in the private, trade, and industrial sectors.

What you bring along:

• 5+ years of experience working as a Scrum Master, preferably in a large project setup (e.g. SAFe);
• Understanding of full SDLC, software development approaches: Agile & Scrum;
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority;
• Experience with interacting with stakeholders and coordinating projects;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Practical experience with project management tools;
• Understanding of Continuous Integration and continuous delivery process;
• Understanding QA methodologies and processes;
• English — Upper-Intermediate or higher.

This is your mission:

• Plan and manage internal and external project communications, ensuring effective exchange of project information and deliverables;
• Coordinate all Scrum ceremonies;
• Implement Agile principles into the Team’s work;
• Understand and communicate the client’s business needs to the project team;
• Manage day-to-day operational aspects of the project;
• Chair project meetings and distribute minutes to all project team members;
• Track project changes and produce updated schedules as agreed with engineering and project management;
• Keep documentation and project internal records in the project management tools up to date;
• Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones review deliverables and milestones.

Nice to have:

• Ability to analyze and generate bug reports;
• Experience in building automated system tests using the framework Cypress;
• Ability to write clean, reliable tests that can be easily maintained;
• Confidence in adjusting the СI/CD pipeline when necessary
