We are looking for a smart and skilled Recruiter to join Syniti (syniti.com), which is the leader in enterprise data management.

Today, Syniti has over 900+ data specialists in 25 offices, headquartered in the greater Boston area. They are globally recognized and have brought the unique capabilities to bear on thousands of data transformation projects for Forbes’ Global 2000 organizations.

The company solves complex enterprise data transformation challenges by combining data expertise, intelligent software, and packaged solution accelerators to yield certain and superior business outcomes. Their software applies automation and guidance infused by AI and machine learning technologies to data migration, data quality, analytics, master data management, metadata management, and information governance initiatives.

GDC will start from 1 person, but the growth plan assumes that after 3 years it will consist of 200+ consultants. This is why we look for a Recruiter for long-term cooperation (3-5+ years) to build, grow and manage this facility.

Skills and requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in recruiting or sourcing for IT roles;
  • Knowledge and understanding of the IT market;
  • Direct search experience;
  • Great team player;
  • Positive and ‘can do’ attitude;
  • Open for challenges;
  • Well organized and goal-oriented;
  • Very good English communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Running recruitment process for IT positions;
  • Creating, posting detailed job descriptions;
  • Conducting face to face and telephone interviews;
  • Creating competence reports after interviews;
  • Performing search and selection activities for IT projects;
  • Managing candidates database;
  • Exploring new sourcing channels;
  • Building lasting relationships with candidates;
  • Support in employer branding activities.
