— 2+ years of experience in IT Recruitment;
— Good knowledge of the Ukrainian market, its players, salary ranges, and market tendencies;
— Experience in remote hiring from other cities and countries;
— Perfect knowledge of technologies for software development;
— Great understanding of best practices of all the stages of recruitment;
— Good skills in candidates search using different sources;
— Proven experience conducting various types of interviews ;
— At least Intermediate level of English;
— Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
— Positive mindset and passion to bring creativity into routine processes;
— Exposure to working with analytics and deep understanding of Recruitment metrics.

— Perform full life-cycle recruiting of Senior, Middle, and Junior level candidates for all Avenga Ukraine locations;
— Drive candidates database and records (keep all candidates records accurate and up to date; follow up and keep up communication with key candidates);
— Maintain external Avenga employer brand (organize and/or participate in various IT events, career fairs; provide information about the Company, its history, and policies, compensations, benefits, etc.);
— Constantly raise the quality of provided services by following Eastern European and Ukrainian IT market trends, mastering new skills in interviewing techniques and recruitment processes, taking part in professional training and self-education;
— Provide analytical and well-documented reports.
